{ Fancy Dinner }

Hi!

This past weekend was so fun and I kick started my weekend with an amazing event on Friday night. I finally got to share the news about my boutique (Fancy Boutique) with some of my favorite blogger friends and it was a total success. I hosted a phenomenal and scrumptious dinner for 15 at Villa Azur.

Here’s a sneak peak of my invitation. I personally emailed it to each fancy gal as they are so important to me. The idea was to celebrate the grand opening of the store and just kick back in a relaxed, fancy and oh so fun environment.

The dinner party started as soon as we arrived and directed to the bar for some delicious craft cocktails. The hot picks for the night were the Old Fashioned and Mojitos with Ron Barcelo rum. They were so fresh and indulging and no one felt guilty for it.

Now, lets talk about the menu. Oh Em Gee!!! We ate a delicious family style spread which happens to be my fave. I’m so indecisive and never know what to pick so being able to try a bit of everything is always a good idea. The decor, was really super soft, romantic and very feminine. We placed a small House of Lilac bouquet in front of each plate setting. Originally, I was going to have each bloggers name engraved, but I hate when I am told where to sit so I wanted to eliminate that and give the girls the option to sit wherever they wanted. The small bouquets were perfect because since I knew it was a family style dinner, I wanted to ensure there was always flowers on the table and out of the way for the waiters.

Midway through dinner, there was a beautiful lady singing live and that just turned our dinner up a notch. She was singing a mix of old school and now trending music. We had a great time and the dinner lasted about 4 hours. No one wanted to leave and we just laid back and enjoyed the ambience. Our table was set up on the corner which gave us privacy yet we could view the entire restaurant at one glance so it was perfect.

Good news! I vlogged that weekend and the event. Incase you want to see a little more.
